We 1st had awnings installed in 1984 by Watson blinds.A few years ago they replaced the sleeves which were a great update.But recently we upgraded our windows and needed Watson's to remove and put back up 2 awnings due to them being attached to the old windows. The guys Drew & Ben.S who came out to reinstall our awnings were very polite and talked us through the problems we faced as the news windows different and that the awnings wouldn't fit they spent time thinking of possibilities but in the end no go.Watson was able to sent someone to quote within 2 days and have ordered new awnings. It seems that staying loyal to one company still stands good as we have always been looked after.Thank you Watson and hopefully Drew & Ben.S you guys will be back to install the new awnings after Christmas.
Craig (measure and quote) and Ivan (install) were fabulous. Both were on time, communicated well and very knowledgeable about the product I was interested in (panel blinds). Watson's were cheaper than two other competitors and it was a no brainer to go ahead with them. I would definitely recommend them for other jobs and will be using them again for other windows in our house as we slowly upgrade!
We just had Ryan and Benny out to install a new zip blind in our entertainment area.
They were on time, clean and efficient. Ryan ran through the controller and showed me how to use it and make sure that it was all working properly before he left.

Really excellent service from Watson. Katie gave some great advice on products and what would work with the space, and I got the quote back within hours. Drew did a great job of the installation - on time & super quick. And the blinds look great! Really good quality product.

All my interactions over the phone and via email were all really helpful and informative too. Steve and Shane were friendly and efficient during the installation and left the rooms spotless and made sure we were happy before they left. Great communications from everyone.
